Job Summary:

The Account Manager / Sales Representative will be pivotal in managing existing client relationships and expanding our client base through effective sales strategies. This role requires a blend of skills in client management and sales, ensuring that our clients are not only satisfied but also continuously engaged through new offerings and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are receiving high levels of customer service.
Identify new business opportunities and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and social media.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects, showcasing Grab Republic’s capabilities and solutions.
Develop proposals, sales pitches, and presentations for clients.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client projects are executed effectively and to the highest standards.
Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends to manage clients' portfolios.
Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
A proactive approach to solving problems and finding solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
